Siberian fir (Abies sibiricus) is rightly called a forest doctor. Fir Oil contains more than 35 biologically active substances, which ensure its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and blood supply improving effect. It is an interesting fact that fir grows only in ecologically favourable areas, does not tolerate air pollution, therefore its oil is considered one of the safest for home use.

Fir Oil Usage
To prevent and treat colds: apply 2 drops of fir oil to a handkerchief and inhale deeply for 5 minutes 3 times a day. In case of flu and ARVI, it can be rubbed into the collar zone of the back, chest, and feet 4 times a day.
For massage: we recommend adding 6-7 drops of fir oil to 15 g of massage oil or cream. It disinfects, stimulates the healing of minor wounds, relaxes the periarticular tissues, and relieves pain.
For face. Just add a couple drops of fir oil to your favorite cosmetic products (creams, masks) to enrich them. It is effective to solve local problems of aging skin and oily skin prone to rashes.
For bath. Try to take a bath with adding this natural essential oil, which will relax the muscles, calm the nervous system, improve the quality of sleep in case of insomnia, and set up in a positive way. Mix 3-4 drops of fir oil with sea salt, milk or honey, then add to warm or hot water, take a bath for no more than 15 minutes.
For sauna. Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil to a scoop of hot water and pour the obtained solution onto hot stones or a stove to fill the space of the sauna with a fresh wood-coniferous aroma. Do not pour the pure oil on the stones.
Suggested usage: For external use only. Avoid fir oil contact with open wounds, eyes and mucous membranes. Do not pour the pure oil on the stones in the sauna. Composition: 100% essential oil of Siberian fir. Contraindications: kidney disease, angina pectoris, hypertension, idiosyncrasy, pregnancy. Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
